I need to install a mini-split unit in my automation closet.
I'm looking for the smallest (physical size) indoor unit due to limited wall space.
220VAC, 6k-12k BTU, high SEER.
What have you SPECed or installed?
It doesn't need to be a DIY (quick connect). I can make up the lines and have HVAC guy with a pump to evacuate the system.

If access is available, you may want to consider a ceiling cassette style instead of wall mount to keep it clean.
