So I have a project where we have to control Somfy shades with UAI+ with Crestron. There are a total of 24 shades in the system. The shade company set up the shades and aquired 24 using their set up software. I was going to use the UAI+ browser to set up groups. But when I connect there was only 22. Bring the shade guy back and he starts testing. Find one of the missing shades. Then the next search dropped down to 19. He spent 5 hours testing between the 3 panels with the supplier tech support who actually was a former Somfy employee who actually designed the system for Somfy. So sometimes goes down to 0. And even a ghost address which appears and disappears. No go. 5 hours later the shade guy surrenders and he said he was not available tomorrow because he had a project out of state. Thurs. is when the place is handed over to Pittsburgh Magazine for a 2 week Ultimate House tour and fundraiser. I'm SOL. Anyone have a clue what the issue could be?

Would it be possible to switch to Bond.io? Not sure if you have drivers available for it though.

Several Somfy folks have said the Bond works better than their own products.

Bond has been GREAT for me. (not sure why my posted didnt take yesterday). Bye bye range issues.

Not familiar with Bond.IO. We are not using their RF system. All the shades are hard wired for 485 control.
