Anyone install these?

Looking for a nicer than normal in-ceiling set up going into a finished house with just a couple of 16/2's behind the drywall. I'd like to add an in-ceiling passive sub as well. It's been a while since I've done something nicer in-ceiling. I can't do a small port/sub combo since house is finished.

I have a pair in my kitchen and master bath. They sound absolutely fantastic. They do have great bass response as well but if they are main listening a sub will also be helpful.
