I've been trying to get a repair RMA from Velodyne Acoustics for over a week via their online contact form with no success. Anyone have an actual contact phone number for Velodyne support? Are they still in business..? They repaired this same sub in 2016 with no issues.

TIA

I believe they're out of the audio game all together after getting into the whole Lidar thing with both feet.
This industry is not getting cheaper and cheaper, we're simply convincing ourselves that we have to push the cheapest option to customers.

They are gone. You’ll have to probably find a local repair shop to get it taken care of.

Wonder who snapped up the repair parts inventory?
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

To my knowledge, No One.
The Brand and Inventory was shopped around for a possible buyer, there were even some planned products in the mix. But.....

+1 for these guys. They repaired a Sunfire sub for me last year and it was fairly quick and painless
