Like Taavs said, you need to get a Lutron Pro account number and then access to the newer MyLutron site to access any software or anything that your are certified for. Kind of a pain as they migrate it all over to the newer site, but is what it is unfortunately. I believe you can email mylutronsupport@lutron.com as well to ask for access.

by the way, the new lutron site SUCKS. so difficult to find stuff, not intuitive. YUCK
