Does this still exist? I need to get some software and I can't remember where it was or find any links to it. Has it been subsumed by the new myLutron thing? If so, where do you get RA2 software these days if you are a vendor?

You need to register your account with MyLutron. That will get you access to the software.

I did register but I didn't see any links for the RA2 software. There is the Designer software. Is that what's used these days for RA2?

Sure, I've already registered for a few days. There's a Technical Documentation link on that main page, but there's no RA2 software in that linked to page that I can see. As I mentioned above, there's 'Designer'. Is that what's used for RA2 these days? The myLutron link just takes me back to the same main page.

OK, that's where I started out to begin with, but that site doesn't work for me, which I why I posted this thread. In both Firefox and Chrome it just loads the title part at the top, which has a 'something went wrong' message in it. It's been that way since a few days ago when I started all this.

Presumably that's why clicking the myLutron link from the main page just drops me back to the main page, because it's failing to load the new page.

I just tried it with Edge and it does the same thing. So three browsers is sort of like four out of five dentists, it's pretty definitive. Something ain't right.

I dont believe you will get any traction if you dont have a Lutron account number. Your best bet is to call Lutron tech support.

Or your rep.

I've never had a rep. I don't sell hardware. They just gave us some development hardware so we could support RA2 on CQC. I can't remember the person I used to deal with, and given all the changes might not be able to find him anyway. I had an account on the old Lutron developer site of course, which is where I used to get the software.
