Is harmony still cloud-based programming? Do you still need username and password to modify the configuration?

No. I figured since the flasher works plugging into the same IR adapter, that the mono cable should be working. I'll test that though.

The other thing you may try is using a mono-to-stereo adapter. Or don’t push the mono connector all the way in. Some people have had issues with Sony TVs and mono connectors. May be similar on the projectors.

Yes, but if the computer has the software, it's usually possible to connect the remote and get in without knowing the user name and password. If that doesn't work, a call to their tech support department can result in cloning the account and letting you in, which I have used when making changes to remotes that were originally programmed by Best Buy (who doesn't give the log in info to their customers/the customers forget where they put the info).

Their Pro Portal is a great way to keep all of the client setups in one place and they have training info, as well.
