Looking for an HDMI 1x4 splitter that will do 4k in and 4k & 720p out

I'm trying to distribute a 4k video output (no audio, it's an output from an NVR) to 4 TV's. 3 are 4k and one is 720p. Need a 1x4 splitter that can give 4k to 3 and 720p to the 4th output. What do I need to look for in specs? I thought auto EDID was what I needed but my partner said no, it's going to drop all to 720p. Is this true? If so what do I need? Is this possible?

I believe Metra Home Theater will have what you want announced at CEDIA.

An EDID managing switch alone will not solve your issue you need a video scaler for the lower resolution display.

Metra will absolutely have this device at CEDIA.

edit: These are already in-stock at Metra....MSRP on this in a 1x4 I believe is $140.
