"In its quest to cover the U.S. with brick-and-mortar locations, SnapAV is still missing at least three major markets: Texas/South Central, Florida and Middle Atlantic."

DOW crumbled a few years ago when the idiot son-in-law took over. From there he got in bed with that shady distributor 'Shifting Sands' out of Miami. You would have to be a fool to do business with those guys.

I pretty sure no one would touch a buyout involving those companies, with a 10ft pole.

So their debt to revenue ratio is going the wrong way... but soon they may well just own everyone so it won't technically matter!
This industry is not getting cheaper and cheaper, we're simply convincing ourselves that we have to push the cheapest option to customers.

Is there another supplier that has had price increases four times a year? SO annoying. It whacks my books for sure. "NOTICE: New price increase goes into affect June 9th" or whenever.

Who else has done this? URC, Integra, etc, i have not seen a price change in YEARS! Snap, give it a few weeks, new price sheet! Then some lame excuse. Got to pay for them acquisitions I guess.

They're going to make it up in volume.........
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Starting to wonder what Snap's end game is.

"In the future all AV is Snap AV?"

If they start buying up installation companies I will start getting worried.

Snaps endgame is making H&F a lot of money. That is really it. They might help us out a little along the way but eventually their need for profit/cash flow is going to run perpendicular to dealers needs. At that point it will go downhill fast.
