I didn't think there was a 10yr. I thought they started at 15yr. one of the most expensive to be found. Way above my pay. DO you have the bottle or does it belong to a friend? Here’s a link to 10year selling for $600 a bottle [Link: liquorama.net]Personally I think it’s highly over priced. I didn’t see any difference really than 7y/o Buffalo Trace. For the money, I’d rather have about 20bottles of BT

Tonight is a Buffalo night. And once again, a client bought the bourbon. He also paid for the private jet and the beach front view from my bedroom. If anyone tells my wife it’s not a working hell this week, I’ll hunt them down. LOL

After the day I've had, dealing with Spectrum, I'll be drinking a couple bottles of 19 Crimes, since that's what I feel like committing.
I REALLY need to mellow out....

I saw that on a news helicopter fly by. That warehouse looked like crap from the start. Not sure why all that expensive inventory was in it.

It was 1792/Barton, so more than likely nothing expensive. I heard that there is only about 10% loss. Those barrels are extremely sturdy. You can take one off Niagara falls, and it won't lose a drop.
The problem is that most of these Rickhouses are from when these companies started up 100-150 years ago. More than likely we will see a Warehouse 30 Collapse edition 1792, just like Heaven Hill did with their Pre-fire bourbon, and the Buffalo Trace EHT Warehouse C Tornado Survival batch. These bourbons fetch a pretty penny. Warehouse C Tornado goes for about $1600 a bottle.

Had a bottle tonight worth bringing this thread back from the dead. 2007 Saxum James Berry Vinyard. It’s a 100 point wine that we got 4 bottles of when it was released.... this is the first one we’ve opened. [Link: flic.kr]

Alpha King Pale Ale from Three Floyds That looks tasty. Finished a Powerhaze from Green Man in Asheville. I highly recommend it.

Try the Robert the Bruce from 3F. Great Scottish style. On the bourbon side, I picked up a great relatively inexpensive Russells Single Barrel and a Elijah Craig Barrel Proof. Both are HOT like Old Forester 1920.
