Forget the dongles, this remote has blue tooth built in and is made for the PS3 . Too bad other vendors aren't adding blue tooth. It's also only about $50
Good for a bedroom i guess.

You are right, who needs dongles? We don't need to be selling all our custom remotes than can do pretty much anything except control the only BT controlled AV component in existence. We can all just go work at Sears and make a good living selling a $50 dollar remote that will do without the need of a dongle. Who cares that it doesn't have an RF base station to control the other equipment in the cabinet or closet, that's what IR repeaters are for. No one cares about two-way feed back on their remotes. No one needs a touch-screen remote, the Blu-Link will work just fine for them.

Thanks for showing me the light. I'm heading to Sears right now to fill out an application.
"You can't fix stupid."

Obviously you didn't see my comment about "good for a bedroom I guess." Of course this isn't a solution for any home entertainment center, especially mine. But that fact that it exists is cool, and the PS3 is pretty common in a lot of setups. Besides some people are just looking for something to control a few things including their PS3. I guarantee you that there will be many more bluetooth devices in the future and hopefully other companies will start adding the ability to do this. I was just suprised nobody had pointed out this little remote. I will be using one in a room that only has a TV and a PS3. For my main room , I have a high end URC Remote.
