Nope, but you can download PEP1 from this site and it includes a help file. Early versions of PEP2 had help files that worked in Windows. You might find info there.
One other thing I'd recommend is to look at the certification materials Philips provided for training.
A long time ago I had a TSU7500 and I was able to make it work just like I wanted.
When I moved to Windows 7 the Editor stopped working and I stopped using the Pronto Remote (TSU7500) but I found a TSU9600 (eBay) that is supposed to work in Windows 10 and being a former programmer (Dot Net) I figured I would try again.
Used to also program in TCL and Unix, so I think I will be fine with the manuals you provided. Thanks again very much appreciated.
