Hello people,

I need help with programming, configuration of my Phillips TSU9400 remote control,

I have access to another similar control, more already programmed. It is possible to make a copy of the file *. xcf of the control programmed using the ProntoPrint Professional 1.0 program?

Thank you very much I count on the help of all,

Welcome to the site. Sorry for my previous terse response.

This question is related to the Pronto Pro and this is the Classic Pronto forum.

If you would like me to move this thread to the Pro Forum, please let me know.

It is not possible to 'upload' a configuration from an existing remote. You must have the .xcf file that was used during the 'download'.

If you have the Pro 1.0 XCF file, you can simply load that into PEP2 (ProntoEdit Provisional V2.xx). I don't recommend using PEP3 as was only BETA when Philips closed up shop.

Good morning Lydel,

Sorry to have posted here, could you please move it?

But I really appreciate your answer, but I really need some help,

My TSU9400 control does not have any configuration, I have no idea how to configure it, but I have another TSU9400 already configured and ready, wouldn't there really be any way to extract the settings from that control ready?

Is it the only way to configure it from the beginning?

I'm waiting, taking advantage I leave my email, if you can help me directly I thank you very much ... silCCCas.antXXolli@hotmail.com

Thanks a lot for the help,

Enjoying,

Since it is not possible to extract the * .xcf file, is there no other way to obtain the configured control settings?

Thanks,

No, you must have the original file.
