Just added a Apple 4K TV to my system......I have managed to get all the IR codes working on my Pronto 9600 except the Select/Play command.
I have cut and pasted various hex codes off this site and also tried learning the code from a Harmony 350 remote...without success. Interstingly, using the Harmony ditrect does work.
What am I missing ?? any insight would be appreciated

Post the codes you are attempting to use here and maybe someone can chime in. I've heard that the Play/Select functionality may require some code 'trickery'. A buddy of mine in New York has yet to get them to work as he would like.

If you go to the Apple TV 4K settings, you can teach the it the commands of any remote that you have and are not using for another purpose. In fact, you can teach it more commands that what are available in the Apple arc remote. I had an old Dune remote and taught its commands to my Apple TV 4K.
