Need more detail please. What OS and what service level? Sounds like you may have Windows 10 and have recently done an update.

I recommend PEP2 as PEP3 was beta and does on occasion have memory leaks and will abort.

You need to go to your Home Activity and look at the Jump that is in Firm4 which is invalid and will show with a Yield (yellow triangle) icon. You need to either fix that jump or remove it.

Same with your Lights Activity Firm4.

Note that you can download to the remote but this is just telling you about 2 unresolved jumps in your config.

On that same page where you are... 'Activity Properties', click the Firm/Hard Button4 button in the middle of the screen. What you are currently viewing is the ActionList for the Activity, not the ActionList for Firm4.

With regard to you pressing buttons and nothing happening in the emulator, it is because you have an RFX9400/9600 configured for the system. If an extender is in play, any button that you press that requires the extender will fail immediately in the emulator.

i don't really understand the "click the firm/hard button 4

do you mean the button on the pronto ? or on the pep3 , the add firm key 4 ?

and about my problem, i am talking about the actual pronto remote...
non of the icons responding...
then i can't use the remote as usual ...
sorry for that , i am really newbie about it...

On the screen in PEP3, of course.

On the screen, that you have displayed, for the 9800, the image shows the screen with 5 buttons beneath it. Note that the right-hand side of the image shows that you are viewing 'Activity Properties' and not the properties of Firm/Hard Button 4.
While on this screen with your mouse, click the 2nd button from the right of the 5 under the screen. That is Firm/Hard button 4.
