Hi,

I have a Philps Pronto TSU 4000 which was not configured by me. Since I changed my entire home theatre setup, I need to reconfigure the remote, but I can`t really seem to know how to use prontoedit professional 3 and cant add my pronto hex IR codes to it.

(Those are the IR codes I am wanting to add)

Best regards

What is a TSU4000? Are you sure this is the correct model number?

Also, do you have the configuration file that is loaded into your remote? Did your installer provide it? If you don't have this file, then you must recreate everything from scratch as there is no way to upload this file from the remote.
