I need to replace buttons with some cosmetic imperfections, but I have no idea how to take apart the remotes. I know how to remove the back cover and expose the battery compartment for TSU9600 (which, of course, is trivial for TSU9300), but beyond that - I have no clue.
Any pointers?
Thanks.

I can't help you with the TSU9300, but I've fully disassembled the TSU9600 a number of times. Have a copy of the service manual posted to my FTP which can be viewed here. Enjoy!

Thank you! You're welcome. At one time you could find it by performing a Google search for "MAESTRO DS9600". I tried hitting it up on Goggle after seeing your post and didn't have any luck, so I just posted the PDF to my FTP for you. Enjoy!

Could this also be used to support the 9800 (e.g., disassembly)?

You say opening battery compartment for tsu9300 is simple? I am yet to work out how to do this as the screw looks less than normal. Is thee some technique I am missing?

The 9300 uses a T6 Torx screw or maybe T4 Torx.
