So, how does one get hold of these GUIs - I can't find them on either the Pronto nor the Prontoscript websites?

So, they are being sent by Philips to distributors rather than being made available on their sites for certified installers in the normal way?

I thik I have them on my work computer, got them off the pronto site.

EDIT: go to the pronto site, professional area under the incentive (at the bottom of the menu) link. Says the zip is a password protected file and you should get the pass form a dealer.

I must really check out if I didnt immagine having them.

Thanks, BluPhenix - found it exactly where you said. And, yes, it is password protected :( Too much hassle to ring a dealer as it was only idle curiosity on my part.

I find it a bit amusing that Philips feel the need to cover the most basic of issues (how to load a config, etc) in the help material that they give their dealers.

Where exactly on the site did you find the GUIs? I'm in the professional area and don't see anything.
Thanks.

Guys,
sorry if I'm being a ruhtard, but I'm logged into the professional area

[Link: pronto.philips.com]

and don't see any incentive link at the bottom of the menu.

Upper left I see
You are Here: Home > Professionals
Overview
Certificates
Ref material
Training Info

In the middle are some links for online training schedule, certification program and news.

On the upper right are Useful Links including
Pronto Product Portfolio
Pronto Support Tools
Wher to buy pronto?

And bottom right a link to the dedicated prontoscript area.

Very upper right

Feels like an issue to do with your login. After 'training info' upper left, I see a number of other items, including 'incentive'.

any chance someone is going to post the password on the board? Do the distributors want money for the password?

Access is probably dependent upon certification levels...
