Wondering if someone could help verify my understanding of the power sensor feature using a TSU9600 with a receiver.

If I want to send a POWER ON command to the receiver and then wait 4 seconds if the receiver was off, should it look like this in the power sense popup:

COMPONENT: RECIEVER
FUNCTON : POWER ON

Enable power sense is checked

Using extender 0 (RFX9600)
Check if port 1 is OFF

Delay after function
Wait for 4.0 seconds

So given these settings my power sensor will check to see if the receiver is OFF, send a POWER ON command and then wait 4 seconds?

Thanks appreciate the help. New to this so it's a little fuzzy.

I think the code in MyDatabase MUST be named "Power On", not "POWER ON" but that is how I believe it is supposed to work. Note that you are 'stuck' on that one page and cannot do animation or anything else if you use this feature.

That is why that I suggested Jump Panels, etc here....

James,

In the future, if you could please reuse your previous threads it would help provide continuity to those trying to follow your progress.

Now, we effectively have 3 threads that are discussing various ways to do Power Sense and the pros/cons of each.

FYI, I liked the way they did Power Sense conditional IF actions in PEPv1 which, with a little work could have been expanded to do many other things.
