I'm using a TSU9400 and an RFX9400. I've got a Pioneer VSX37 receiver.

It is setup with port 4 from the RFX9400 going to the zone 2 ir plug on the back of the receiver. I have port 4 selected on the activity page for Zone 2.

All controls (source selection, on/off) work properly in zone 2 except the volume which still controls the main volume. I've tried unckecking "use system properties" for the hard button, but then the volume control does nothing.

I've tried using both a mono plug cable and a stereo plug cable.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks, Willieneal

Willieneal,

After unckecking "use system properties" you must explicitly assign commands to the button.

If one or more of the commands work, the wiring is correct. Once in a while the signal is too strong, but this usually results in no response or erratic response.
