this is my first philips job since the TSU700 so be kind.
i have everything up and running. 2 TSU-9800/RFX-9400/RFX-9600. all networked and operating properly.
TVs, appleTV, satellite, bluray, etc working fine.
i cannot get the BK to respond to anything. the database has devices for individual zones 1-6 and all. but none work. how can i see what codeset is being sent so i can match in BKsuite. also how can i copy paste hex data for the codes i need.
TIA

UPDATE:
created new device in PEP2 and copied and pasted hex strings from RTI over. Now if i do not go through an extender and aim at the keypads ir sensor i can operate unit fine. but going through extender to back of CT no go. i do not think it is the extender as everything else is working flawlessly. im about to pull my hair out.
TIA

Try changing the Default Duration in the data base so it is longer.
