Hi,

I'm trying out the demo of prontotunes.
Unfortunatly, something is going wrong with pairing.
I see the remote in iTunes, but after entering 0000 nothing happens.

The manual talks about a iProntoPair.zip. Anyone has it?

I have, (i think)
I installed itunes and quicktime..

When i start with pairing, i see the pronto coming up in iTunes.
But after pressing the 0000, nothing happens.

Think though that I make some mistake, tried 2 pronto's now and their both the same.

( firewall is off )

There appears to be an issue with the latest build of iTunes or environment I'm trying to figure it out.

On my 32bit Win7 machine running iTunes 9.1 it pairs fine, on my new 64bit win7 running iTunes 9.1.1.12 it's having a similar issue.

But on a good note, just email prontoprojects and we'll send you the software pairing option which works fine.

This is clearly stated in the Manual for when you have trouble pairing!
