Where is the best way to look for codes other than in the database. I have fairly unusual equipment Theta Casablanca and DaVid, Krell 250Mc power amps, Revox tape deck, Power Plant Premier power regenerator that do not appear to be in the code library.
In addition for the more common components such as Sony DVD recorder RDR-HX1000, Humax satellite receiver there appear to be a multitude of different code sets in the library and I am not sure how to select the correct one.
Thanks
Ian

First off, try this master database that Only One Remote created for Philips: [Link: onlyoneremote.com]Using PEP2, open other database. Make sure you read about how to use this database, or it could be confusing. If you don't find your codes in their, search on RC for your codes. There are a lot of codes out here. If that doesn't work, you may have to learn the codes from your component remote.

You need to find out what the Custom Code (Device Number) is.
The Commands you Posted are the Function Numbers in Hex.
Do you not have a remote to learn the Commands from?
