Does the Marantz 9001 run Pronto Script...if so is it called Marantz script?

There is a script on Pronto's website for the sr8001 receiver...

They still use the phrase "ProntoScript", but I don't know how up-to-date its implementation is.

It seems that the firmware and software updates are behind the Pronto, i was wondering if its to do with the ageement between Marantz and Philips?

The latest release of firmware 5.0.7 for Marantz opens up TCP/IP on the unit so all should work pretty much the same.

You can, but you're restricted to PEPV1, as you'll need to load the .xcf into the Marantz editor (PEPV1 clone) to upload to the remote.

Actually thinking about it, I've only uploaded via Pack&Go, but I'm fairly sure that the above is correct...

Marantz software will load Philips XCF (per my contacts @ Marantz) but not sure about vice-versa and don't want to polute my system with Marantz software to create a config to test.
