I am new to Pro Control, coming from URC background. I am really liking the Pro24.r, but am having difficulty with a Channel Master DVR. I have tried the library codes and learned codes from the OE remote without success. Also tried learning from URC remote, still no go. No processor here, line of sight IR. Thanks for your help.

Fixed via Pro Control tech support. What a great company to deal with. Support sent alternate codes which worked.
