I have been a long time fan of RTI and URC hard button/touchscreen Remote systems. But today everyone seems to be moving toward iOS Remotes and I can understand why with its vast possibilities and the price of iOS devices dropping daily its becoming way more affordable and cost effective then a traditional hard button remote.
I would like to know what is your experience with Professional iOS Remotes and your pros and cons of each type you have dealt with. Some things that should be looked at are: Easy of setup/design, Useability, Hardware, Price, Support, etc... Some that I am familiar with are iRule, BitWise, RTI and URC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
