I have an old (~ 10 years) Grundig Xentia TV and it no longer responds to the remote.
I have changed the batteries in the remote and left the TV off from the mains for many hours and still no luck.
I believe the remote is fine as I was able to use it to train a Harmony remote (The Harmony remote didn't work with the TV either btw).
So it looks like the TV remote receiver no longer works. The TV has no buttons on it so I can not change channel or volume; rendering is useless :(
Just wondered if anyone could shed some light on this matter?
Thanks,
James
