North of Boston AV company is seeking a LEAD installer for full time work. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, typically no weekends, hours are 7:30am start until about 5:00pm (some days vary earlier or later) and most major holidays off. We are seeking a part-time to full-time technician for the right candidate, 25-40+ hours a week, sometimes more sometimes less depending on the season (some points of the year are busier then others). Biweekly payroll.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD TECHNICIAN WITH FIELD EXPERIENCE!

Benefits after a 90 day successful trial period include:

You must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a CLEAN driving record in order to operate a company van. Offers of employment are subject to passing a background check, reference checks and a successful trial period of employment.

Responsibilities will include residential and commercial projects involving TV mounting with full wire concealment, surround sound with on wall, in wall and in ceiling speaker installs, whole house audio installs, wireless and wired networking/router installs, security cameras, projector and screen installs, universal remote programming and much more. We are seeking a candidate with Control4 and URC programming experience as Control4 is our main platform for all home automation and universal remote control solutions.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good tool skills and a strong desire to learn and evolve. Must be clean cut and extremely professional with top notch customer service skills and close attention to detail and be a great problem solver. Heavy lifting will be required for deliveries and TV installations. Please, no smokers.

Must be reliable, dependable, have your own transportation to and from work and must show up on time ready to work each day. Company van (not take home) is provided for use on a daily basis. Vans, gas, tools, laptop and supplies are all company provided. We supply basic hand tools to start as well.
