hey everybody.. following discussions here for some time now, I'd like to add a remote control that I use for my project:

NetIO ( http://netio.davideickhoff.de )

It has a slick way to configure the layout in a browser based designer.. nice features and a nice default style..
works on android and iOS (iPhone/iPod/iPad). 

I use it to control my raspberry pi and an avr board that has an IR diode connected to control my tv and dvd player. you can define commands by your own, use a tcp connection or http requests..

Maybe this fits somewhere into the long list of other apps :)
