After happily using my Radio Shack jp1 remote for many years, I am excited about the prospect of using my soon to arrive Android Tablet (the great Notion Ink Adam) as a universal remote. I believe this will require an Android app and a WiFi connected IR emitter. I have searched and found many works in progress (RedEye, IRule, IRemote, CommandFusion, TotalControl, etc.), but none that are ready for prime time (as opposed to the profusion of IPhone products out there!)

So, my question is, does this currently exist? Or, do I have to wait for one of the above (or someone else) to complete their project?
