Besides Apple for control of iTunes and Apple TV, who else is building WiFi adaptors with IR outputs to control a Home Theater stack? I saw RedEye is out there, but aren't there some mainstream guys with software and WiFi units?

Touch IR+ directly supports (learns from and transmits via) the USB-UIRT device. With the IRCommand2 addition, it can use any "dongle" supported by IRCommand2, which includes several IR devices and also X10.
