I HAVE DOWNLOADED SEVERAL OF THE GRAPHICAL SYSTEM FILE FOR THE MX3000 AND THEY ARE ALL .RCC EXTENSIONS. NOTHING WILL OPEN THEM. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO OPEN ONE OF THESE FILES AND GET IT INTO AN MX3000, USING THE CCP SOFTWARE?

The MX3000 is not in ccp.

You will need to use the stand alone MX-3000 editor to open those files. Unfortunately, nothing created in the old stand alone versions (880, 980 etc....) can be converted to open or edit in CCP.
