Hi, I am looking to buy one or more component to hdmi converters so I can still use my 6 old DVD changers with a newer amp/TV solution. I am able to find cheap chinese made ones, of IT/PC quality, but not certain these will not downgrade my signals significantly? Are there any audio-/videophile quality converters out there? Need 6 altogether, and would prefer one with 6 inputs/outputs, but can also live with 6 single converters.
Thanks for any tips Chris

I think you're going to be stuck using the cheap stuff. I have never seen a high end converter as most just upgraded to newer gear.
