Oddly enough, probably the OneForAll forum might have been better! The link above to device codes (normally called a setup code) and button codes (normally called EFCs) refers to a nomenclature used with UEI remotes (OneForAll, lots of cable remotes, and sometimes Denon OEM remotes). Setup code 0160 shoots the Denon IR protocol, device 2, while setup code Audio 0004 shoots Denon device 12. You can see these in the
Lookup Tool. Using RemoteMaster to convert the EFCs to function numbers, we see that TV/DBS is device 2, function number 201. Output is device 12, function number 197.
Then using IrScrutiniser to convert these to Pronto Hex:
