I recently purchased a new MX-450 and downloaded the archiver software. Even though the software says "connected" it won't upload from my remote or update from the URC site. It returns error code 103. My computer is a 64-bit Windows 10.
When the software was installed it also installed the proper (I assume) driver.
Can anyone suggest what the problem maybe?

Try a older O/S like W7.
