Well, both of my Vizio televisions are having remote issues this month. My upstairs one just started, but it will still respond to my TiVo remote, so I'll get by. The one downstairs won't respond to anything but button presses on the tv itself. The Vizio remote doesn't work, nor does my old Logitech Harmony remote.
Is there something easy I can check? (there's nothing blocking the sensor/batteries are fine)

There could be some stray light interfering with the IR commands. Try shielding the TV's IR sensor from windows, lamps, and illumination from the TV screen.
