I have a customer with an X-8 that needs some programming assistance. I have never had one to program, but am very familiar with the 890. CCP does not have a specific X-8 Template. Is it recognized as an 890 for programming purposes?

Yes, X8 is just an MX-890 with a different badge for Magnolia (Best Buy). Same remote, programs the same.
