Hopefully someone can help.. I have the codes below for a minidsp shd from the manufacturer. The problem is they don't work because they aren't in hex format. How do you convert the below to hex?

Makehex is an ancient programs with tons of shortcomings. Better to use IrScrutinizer (disclaimer: I am the author :-)).
There is some information missing. Making the guess that the protocol for the signals is NEC1 and that the parameters are in LSB-first order (both guesses can be wrong), using IrScrutinizer we arrive at
