I have a JVC DLA-x700 projector and the remote doesn't have buttons to select anamorphic A, B, or off. I found some hex codes in a file on JVC support site and imported them into some buttons on an MX-990 using the universal browser in CCP, but they are not doing anything. The IR flasher flashes so I know it's sending something. Anyone have any insight on this? Is this a known issue with JVC and URC? Are there certain tips/tricks that I am missing? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I could be wrong, but those rare times when I need to import hex codes, I always import them into ProntoEdit (downloadable here) and drag them as learned codes into CCP. Don’t know if I’ve ever dropped them directly to CCP.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
