Either from URC direct, or from one of the vendors that frequents this forum?
I bought a MX-850 on ebay. The guy messed up and shipped me a broken MX-800 instead. He's sending me the right one, and doesn't want the 800 back.
I put batteries in it and it powers on and works fine. The only thing wrong with it is the buttons on either side of the screen are messed up. Some of them are missing and the rest are chewed up. I think maybe a dog got ahold of it. And it's missing the cover for the battery compartment.
When I took it apart I found that those two rows of buttons are actually seperate from the main pad. So all I really need is those two rows of buttons. And a battery cover I guess, although I could live without that.
So can anybody help me out?

Yes you can call URC but you will find that the parts are more than the remote is worth plus you have to send the remote to them. They will not sell you the parts to DIY.
