I have gotten back to my MX-850 after it has sat in my basement for a while. I am finally going to program and use it. But when I go to upload my current configuration the software freezes at 11% or 31% seems to always be the same place.

change the batteries
|
why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time! |

I changed the batteries and no luck.
