Hey all, I checked the forum first before posting this thread.
The MX 950 in my showroom is freezing. It's stuck on Cable TV and only happens when it sets on the charger.
The Software is version 1.37 and I believe that's up to date.
I'd like to find a better solution then taking the battery out every time it freezes.
Anyone experience similar issues?

Mine's not really all that cold, honestly. (waits for it) Okay, It was bad, I know. I'd attempt to do a factory reset, then load a blank program into the remote, so it just loads the firmware, then load your program. If the Problem persists, it's probably RMA time.

Had the same problem with a client's remote. I had to do a factory reset, then down load a standard blank demo configuration and then down loaded the previous application. Everything seems to be fine so far.

press and hold "Listen" & "Enter" (the one on the number pad) for 5 seconds. It'll bring you to a set-up page. Press the FA.DEFAULT option.
