Have you noticed that recent updates to the CCP Accelerator have added folders for the MRX-4IR, MRX-12 and MRX-20?

No responses? Must be a secret. ;-)

I'd assume the MRX-4IR (due to the "IR" designation) is something to use in place of an MRX-1 in another room to control components not on the network.

The other two are likely upgrades to the MRX-10, but what will be added?

I'd rather see more development of the software, like additions to the IP database (which has had little in it since the software was released over a year ago) and implementation of full 2-way for non-URC devices.

Ironically, I can't say anything to elucidate these model numbers online, but I do know that installers who go to Mission Control training come out knowing quite a lot about them.

Ahh, yes. The old NDA trick. Haven't been able to go to the sessions they've had out here yet as I've actually had to work on those days. Maybe next time.

There was a preview of these but it really isn't worth talking about products that are in development. There may be many changes or they might get scrapped. I know they got a lot of good suggestions from the CIs that attended. Plus I think URC learned not to announce things too early.

URC has already publicly announced that it is a WiFi (or maybe it was RF) to IR module, for TVs that need and IR control and no wire exists at that TV.

I read the press release in Resi Systems a few days ago.
Chasing Ernie's post count, one useless post at a time.

Now that's a reason to go! ;-)

Unfortunately, I have a projector calibration on Thursday.

Hank is the Chuck Norris of the control system world.

"Hank doesn't drink wine, wine just wants to be inside him."

ok, that didn't really come out right.
