When I plug in my MX-810, windows vista does not recognize it and asks me to point to drivers. Could I point windows the drivers in the CCP folder that are for the MX-880?

It is probably a dumb question but if i don't have to use the 810 software anymore i would be thrilled. I am sure this is not possible and i am sure someone has already tried this/explained why it can't be done but i figured i would give it a shot.

You have to use the MX-810 software with the MX-810. You may have to manually install the USB driver for the 810 that would be in the MX-810 Editor "Drivers" folder.
