can someone with ccp check to see if the emulator for the mx6000 works for them? mine shows up with just a black screen. tech support has confirmed the problem exists, but a couple people on the urc forum said that their emulator was working fine.
i'm wonding if I just need to uninstall and reinstall the program. urc hasnt commented further on the problem in their forum.

It's not working and URC is aware of the problem. Is was caused by the last large FW update. Also in this update, the status zone 1 button for two way communication for my denon receiver freezes my 6000 remote.
