I have a few MX450s installed when they first came out. The original firmware makes it difficult to edit macros and page jumps.
I want to know if I can update the firmware on these with the compiler program and not lose the programming already in it.
??
Thanks

It should not. Do Not tell it to do a factory reset. Back it up first then do a firmware and database update.
good luck
