Hopefully just a typo and you'll get the 880 back!

Unfortunately, it wasn't a typo. They did indeed send me an 850 by mistake. :(

Hurray!
Received my new replacement MX-980 today. 8 days after shipping it off.
If anyone has anything bad to say about URC's return policy.
FORGET ABOUT IT.
Out of warranty, Cracked LCD screen!
Brand new remote $200.00.
Not Tough Luck, or Too Bad, Buy a New One.
We will send you a remote with a new one year warranty.
And I'm talking new. With replaceable activity buttons. (The one I returned was a earlier model without replaceable buttons)
Not some old leftover.
Thanks URC

A few observations:
Battery is not a Roofer (sp?) Good.
Replaceable activity buttons?
Too many options for only two buttons. If their were more replaceable buttons it would be better, but unnecessary in my opinion.
Can see a lot of back light around the actual button.
Any spills look like they will go directly into the remote.
No time to wipe it off quick.
Tab for opening USB port eventually tears off (experience).

Overall rating a "10".
From my Personal Return Experience.
Instead of asking me why my price is high ask the other guys why they are low.

Based on personal experience as well as what I've read on these forums, I'd say that URC has always gone out of their way to make their customers happy. Sure, they may have pissed off a lot of people with that whole software debacle, but overall the world would be a better place if more companies were run like this.

I'm happy to report that URC lived up to my expectations for excellent customer service. They sent someone to my house to pick up the 850 a couple of days ago, and a brand new 880 arrived at my house today. :)
