The question came up in a CEDIA class as to whose emitter covers "fit" URC's emitters. So far I think that Speakercraft and Xantech DO NOT fit.
Anybody tried them with either Niles or Elan emitter covers?

Just purchase new emitters with covers. You will be also get better emitters because the URC emitters wire are known to rip easily when you are pulling out your components away from your cabinet shelf to look behind them for troubleshooting. These work great. These are re branded Speakercraft and they include the emitter covers. [Link: avparts.com]
