I have a client with an existing MX850 that I can not get the file to uplaod from her remote. It stops @ 10% every time.
I have programmed hundreds of URC remotes but this is a first.
Anyone with a answers please respond.

Many times it is weak/almost dead batteries in the remote.

You know ..... Thats It ...... the batteries died on me about an hour later when I pushed the light button.
I feel sheepish!
I just didnt put the two together..... AWESOME .......
