Hey guys, bought my MX-950 about 9 months ago and have loved it. Today I turned off my TV and when I came back to my remote it wouldn't work and the screen would not turn on when it was moved. I removed battery then put battery back in and now the screen does turn on but it just sits at the blue screen that says Complete Control and below that MX-950. I tried connecting it to computer but the computer does not even show anything attached at all when I plug it in.

Is there any fix for this aside from sending it in for repair? Thank goodness still under warranty and I bought from an authorized retailer surfremote.com I guess.

Did you try the reset button? It's a round, silver button in the battery compartment, just below the battery.
